Psychotherapy Services Sunshine Coast

Meeting You Where You Are

Healing and growth look different for everyone. At Liberty Psychotherapy in Buderim, I offer a range of counselling and psychotherapy services designed to meet you where you are, whether that’s in-person, online, or alongside your family.

Each session is trauma-informed, relational, and grounded in compassion. Together, we work toward self-understanding, emotional safety, and meaningful connection.

Marriage and Relationship Counselling

A woman in a beige sweater sits on an armchair during a therapy session, listening to a therapist who is taking notes, in a room with a plant and framed artwork.

I use Gottman Method Couples Therapy in my work with couples, with a focus is on helping partners move out of cycles of conflict, disconnection, and emotional shutdown, and into greater understanding, respect, and connection. Together, we strengthen communication, rebuild trust, manage conflict more safely, and deepen emotional intimacy and friendship. I create a balanced therapeutic space where both partners feel heard and supported, while gently addressing the patterns that keep relationships stuck. My approach not only helps to repair what feels broken, but to build a relationship that feels more secure, meaningful, and resilient over time.

Individual Psychotherapy

Personalised Counselling For Growth And Healing

Individual therapy offers a confidential, compassionate space where we explore the experiences, emotions, and patterns that have shaped your life. Together, we work to reconnect you with your inner strengths, deepen self-acceptance, and foster meaningful growth at a pace that feels safe for you. This Service is available in the comfort of your home or from my clinic in Buderim on the Sunshine Coast or online.

Family Therapy

Building Stronger, Healthier Relationships

In my work with families and parent–child systems, I draw on decades of experience supporting individuals and communities impacted by trauma and complex relationships. I offer a relational, trauma-informed space where trust can be rebuilt, communication strengthened, and each family member’s voice is respected. I support families navigating crisis, role changes, adolescence, and life transitions, with a focus on restoring connection, fostering resilience, and developing healthy relational patterns. I believe healing within families has a multigenerational impact — not only addressing present challenges, but gently interrupting unhelpful cycles and creating new possibilities for the future.
